1. Avoid wearing your bracelet around small children and pets, as they may pull on the bracelet causing it to break into pieces which can present as a choking hazard.

2. Roll your bracelet on and off, instead of stretching it. This will help to extend the life of the bracelet.

3. Remove your bracelet at bedtime and when doing activities such as bathing, playing sports or cleaning.

4. Do not expose your bracelet to chemicals that can cause wear to the elastic or cause metals to tarnish, such as sprays, chlorine, cleaning products or salt water.

5. Keep your bracelet in a clean, dry place out of direct sunlight.
